The staff - kind and hardworking

All was good.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in the Dolomites and it was amazing! The breakfast had the best selection I've ever seen and it was delicious. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even offered a shuttle to nearby attractions. Definitely a great value for the price.

The service did feel a little understaffed at times, which led to some delays and confusion. the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but still clean and cozy.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel facilities. The hotel's central location made it easy to access everything in this city, from grocery shopping to bus stops. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel was clean, shiny and well-maintained, and my room was comfortable and tidy.

Nothing not to love. This hotel was perfect and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is located in a bustling area with many attractions just a stone's throw away, such as shops and restaurants. the rooms are clean, cozy, and nicely equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is fresh and plenty, and there are lovely outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy the breeze.

The staff could be more attentive.

Great family hotel in the heart of the Dolomites! Excellent food and friendly staff. the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was unbeatable, right in the center of everything. the bus stop was nearby, making it easy to explore the area, and the underground parking was a bonus. the hotel offered fantastic value for the price.

The spotty wifi in some of the rooms, but the stunning views of the surrounding mountains more than made up for it. some of the beds could have been firmer, but it didn't impact our comfort too much.
